Good morning everyone. It is nice to see everyone this new year. I hope that it brings happiness and blessings to all. I just got up out of bed not long ago and drank my first and only cup of coffee. I really wasn't in the mood for coffee this morning. I am now drinking some kool-aid and writing this post. My goal to stop smoking hasn't worked yet but I have cut down with the help of the Chantix. I don't have the cravings so much, but I wanted to stop altogether but right now there is a lot of stress in my life which is causing me to keep smoking. I am working on it though.
Did everyone have a nice new year beginning? My husband and I went to bed early like we always do because it is just another date and we don't drink or do any partying, so it didn't make sense to stay awake. We heard the fireworks go off in our neighborhood and knew that it was the new year already, but I went right back to sleep.
I have taken every one of my lists and check off sheets and combined them into one simple list for everything because I felt overwhelmed trying to get everything done. I am beginning the new list right now and analyzing how long it will take me to get everything done in a day and then I will know how to revise it if I need to.
My sugar has been so bad the last couple of days that it took me to the hospital the other night because I knew that it was over seven hundred. The meter has been reading "HI" ever since. I am back taking my Novolog to help with the high sugars and I know a lot of it is due to stress. When we moved from here and went to our property, living there my sugars were running perfect and I even had a few episodes of HYPOglycemia and was not having to take insulin. Now, being back here in this house or town has made my sugars go uncontrolled again.
I have been keeping an eye on my Amazon reports and I have been selling books slowly due to not paying for any ads yet because of the lack of money. I have been running ads on Twitter and Facebook for as posts until I can get our bills back to normal and be able to afford to pay for ads. I have ads up on free sites and I monitor them casually. I have half of my addictions book done and instead of making it two books, I will just leave it as one book with a companion book and have it set to be finished at the end of this month.
Well, it is time to get other things done with my list so I will say goodbye for now. "Happy Birthday" to everyone celebrating today and may you have many more to come. Please keep the homeless in your thoughts and prayers during this cold season. Take care.

Good morning everyone. How are we doing this fine Saturday morning? It is fifty-four degrees here in Dalton, Georgia and cloudy. The rain has finally stopped for now and the sun is even trying to shine through the clouds. It looks to be a good day so far. I am hopeful though.

Yesterday I got through most of my schedule but had some catching up on some articles to get back on schedule with those. I still have just a couple more to do which won't take very long to do. I still have some writing to do on one book to get it finished which today is its deadline and I think I will be able to get most if not all of it done today, because tomorrow starts a new book and I will need all of the two weeks to get it written.

I have been working on planning the build of our house since it won't be long before we are moving there. We plan on moving around May or June. I am so excited about moving and having a new fresh life with my husband and dogs. It will be a nice fresh start and we will have something to show for our lives.

I got one crowdfunding page set up the other day to begin trying to pull donations in for our homeless project which I am proud of. I am hopeful that when I begin writing grant proposals that we get the necessary funding needed to begin breaking ground.

We will have volunteers coming out to help us build and then a grand opening barbeque will be nice to have when we are ready. I am hoping that we can have one location set up before the end of the year. We are all hopeful here at Hope Station USA that things will go nicely.

Well, allow me to say goodbye for now since I have things that need to get caught up on. I will leave a link down below in case you would like to make a donation to help us help the homeless and give them their life back.

I wish everyone a sweet Saturday and may you have many blessings. I wish everyone born on this date a very "Happy Birthday" and may you have many more. Take care.

Good afternoon everyone. How are you doing today? "Happy Monday!" It is the first day of the work week again and I know some of you are probably feeling pretty sluggish today after a good weekend.

First off, we had to rush my roommate's mother to the ER this morning by ambulance and just a little while ago found out she had a heart attack. There is still no word as of yet what they plan to do or their course of action, but I am asking everyone for prayers that she makes it through all of this and for her son who already has a lot on his plate. I am asking God for strength that he can overcome all of this. His father has been moved to a nursing home and now his mother with a heart attack, so please send your prayers this way for this family.

Now, on to other things, I am doing okay today. I went to see my mental health doctor this morning and we have a new plan of action to help me with things going on and more medication changes like I need it. I have come home and began mowing the lawn in the front yard to get a little exercise since my husband swept and mopped for me this morning. He can be so sweet and helpful at times.

I, again, am playing catch up on some things and just finished sending out and scheduling tweets about my free ebook promotion and my Kindle Countdown promotion on another recently published book. Yesterday alone, I gave away nine free ebooks and today another four more. The Kindle Countdown just began today so hurry and get your copy now.

My writing has tapered off a little due to some mental health and possibly some physical health issues. I will be doing a sleep study for narcolepsy and will go from there. I feel fine when I get up in the morning, but by dinner time, I need a nap. My one to two-hour power naps has now gone to full six and seven-hour naps. It could also be due to mental health issues like stress and severe anxiety that can be wearing me out to exhaustion which is causing my mind and body to shut down, but I will soon find out.

I now have four books in the editing stage and working on writing three more for this month. I have two that are simple edits while the other two need more extensive editing, but my schedule allows Sundays for editing while I can write during the week. I will probably cut back on writing for a week and just work on editing these books to make them ready for the editor before publishing.

It probably sounds like a lot, but I could do a book a week which would be more tiresome, so it breaks up the monotony to work on one book for an hour and a half and then move on to the next for the same amount of time until I have worked on three of them in one day. Although they will not all be published at the same time. I write as the story flows through my mind.

Well, it is time to get to work since I am getting a late start. I want to wish every one of you a blessed and happy Monday. Also, everyone with a birthday today, "Happy Birthday" and wishing you many more to come. Take care.

Good afternoon all my East Coasters and good morning to all my West Coasters. How is everyone doing today? Happy Hump Day!! Two more days until the weekend and I know everyone is probably waiting with anticipation. I look forward to every morning when I wake up and feel my heart beating and the breath of air in my lungs. Today we go back home and take care of things there and visit with everyone.
I am already feeling the stress of returning and hope we are welcome back with open arms and that the house is not trashed. We have enjoyed our break away and look forward to coming back again. It is very relaxing here and I have been stress-free. We have four of our five dogs here with us and I will be happy to see our other dog who we left at home. It has been a week since we saw her and we have missed her so much.
I am off house cleaning today here because I have kept the house clean while they were gone and now she is doing the house and ordered me to relax while she does the cleaning, so I have time to sit and write. I will be getting some writing done today and yesterday I got some tweets out about my FREE ebook on this site. I have had several people download my book so far and some have enjoyed it very much.
Today, my goal is to get another chapter of one book done and write the first chapter of the second one since I have finished the detailed outline of it. I am happy when I am writing and when I spend time with my loving husband and dogs. That is what makes me truly happy and satisfied.
Since I began writing, I have found that my true passion is writing. It is my real escape from reality and each one of my short stories and books I find that there is a piece of me and my life inside each one even when it is fiction. It is good therapy and very enjoying for me. My husband being a gamer and myself a writer, it gives us space from each other even with us in the same room.
So, it is time for me to end this post and get things ready to go home after I take a shower. I will be here every day posting now that I will be in a stress-free environment and have the time to post and get everything done. So, everyone with a birthday today, “Happy Birthday” and to everyone else, have an awesome day. Take care.
